This service is open to people aged over 18 years of age only. It is illegal to gamble if you are under 18. This service is for people who love racing and enjoy a bet. Please do not use the service if as a result you may suffer financial hardship either through incurring telecom charges or by gambling more than you can afford. All services operated by Naughty Diesel Limited. This is a subscription service. You are entering into a monthly fee which is payable one calendar month from the date of joining. It is your responsibility to inform us that you wish to cancel, otherwise subscription will be charged. To advise us of cancellation of subscription then you need to take the following action.
Paying By Paypal
You need to log in to your Paypal account and cancel the subscription. When your subscription is cancelled you will receive the service for the duration of the period for which payment has been received.
Paying by Credit or Debit Card
Please email us at sales@telewin.co.uk with your name and details. Alternatively you can write to us at PO BOX 268, York, YO42 4WH. You can call us on 0845 644 7000 but we will need written confirmation from you.
No information will be provided unless full cleared payment is recieved, Any cheques or echeques must be cleared in full before any information is supplied.
It is your responsibility to advise us in writing of your wish to cancel your subscription. Once subscription is paid then no refund will be issued.
Members must be that aware that not every bet will win and that past results are not indicative of future performance. The Company cannot guarantee Members that every bet will win nor that profits will be accrued, only that every effort is made to find winners. It is the responsibility of the Member to bet within their means at all times. The Company takes no responsibility for any losses incurred.
Information is provided using third party communication agencies. SMS, email and telephone services are contracted by Naughty Diesel Limited and as such we have no control and therefore any responsibility arising from failures of these channels. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure members are able to receive the information. The Company is not responsible for disruptions in service caused by failure of computer or telephonic equipment.
We will not give any refund to persons who have received the information as we make no promise about the outcome of our advices. In signing up to any Telewin service you do so at your own risk. We will try to ensure you win, but can not guarantee that.
The Company cannot offer refunds under any circumstances.
Telephone Lines
0871 numbers cost £10p per minute from BT lines- charged at National Rate. 0845 calls charged at local rates at all times. 0844 numbers cost 4p per minute from Bt Lines. 0808 numbers are free to dial from landlines, mobliles may charge you. Other tariffs may vary as shown on the website. Calling from mobiles may vary in cost, usually more than 10p per min. This is added to your phone bill and it is your responsibility to get the bill payers permission prior to dialling. You must be aged over 18 to use this service. Please do not dial from your employer’s phone without permission. The average length of a call is 4 to 5 minutes. If there is no bet on a day we will advise this immediately on the line and will not keep you on the line for more than a few seconds.
SMS Text Messages
If we send you a text message – IT COSTS YOU NOTHING! You can opt out at anytime -email us if you have recieved a text from us and wish to not recieve texts in future.
Payments
If we debit your debit or credit card – TELEWIN.co.uk wil appear on your statement (Not for Paypal payments). The money is taken by Naughty Diesel Limited.
